Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Identifies assessment care needs of dialysis patients
• Demonstrates active and effective clinical practice
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of patient’s physical, psychological and social state
• Provides mentorship to clinical support staff and Student Nurses
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Certified and licensed Registered Nurse
• __________year’s relevant working experience
• Experience in care of dialysis patients would be an asset

• Assists in the planning, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care programmes
• Undertakes agreed clinical tasks relevant to post and clinical area
• Documents interventions and care delivered.
• Assists in ensuring that patient nutritional needs are met.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Enrolled Assistant Nurse Certification and License
or
NVQ level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or Healthcare Support
• 6 month’s experience working within a healthcare setting delivering clinical and or personal care
• Working Knowledge of the Computer Applications
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Independently assesses patent’s needs and advises on suitable management/care
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the options for achieving control of symptoms and advises the primary healthcare team.
• Priorities clinical needs for the use of in-patent beds and service level
• Supports and coaches patient families in offering home
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in General Nursing/Nephrology
• Registered Nurse License

• Experience in teaching, mentorship/supervision
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Undertakes general cleaning and other janitorial related tasks within designated areas to ensure a clean safe and comfortable environment for patients
• Cleans and maintains all equipment, utensils and materials to ensure that agreed hygiene standards and infection control protocols are met within the facility
• Prepares and serves refreshments to patients and staff, as required
• Ensures the appropriate storage of chemicals and disposal of waste in accordance with agreed safety standards
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Completion of secondary school standard education
• Basic written communication skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs general receptionist and customer service functions
• Receives and sorts mail
• Collates and prepares statistical information
• Book transportation with external agencies and makes appointments for picking up and dropping of patients
• Prepares requisition forms for blood samples
• Orders and maintains office and medical supplies
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• 4 CXC subjects including English Language
• Certification in Secretarial Studies
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email Intranet)
