Zierlich is a UK registered company that has been established in Jamaica since July 2016 offering Hemodialysis treatment to local and transient patients.
The centre is located in the GWEST Medical Complex in Montego Bay, Jamaica and is equipped with 7 dialysis machines, we provide a flexible schedule to suit most individual needs by operating 3 sessions per day, 6 days per week.
Health Values
We have recently launched our sponsorship campaign to raise funds for a Fresenius 2008K2 Dialysis machine, which in turn will be used to treat patients who are suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, who cannot afford the treatment and would otherwise perish.
CKD affects a large number of the Jamaican population, with approximately 600 new cases each year being diagnosed, leading to a greater demand for dialysis treatment than currently available both in the public and private sector
Fully Treatment
Since opening our doors Zierlich has provided over 30 free sessions for patients in Jamaica, who if not received treatment would of died. There are many patients that knock on our doors daily with end stage renal failure who cannot afford dialysis, or in majority of cases can only afford one session but require a minimum of two sessions per week to stay healthy. Whilst our aim is not to turn anyone away, we are a small independent organisation and limited due to financial constraints on the number of sessions we can provide free.
